Position: Full-Time Production Positions

Current entry level wage is $17.50 per hour with additional shift differential and job posting skill pay.

 

Night Shift - Maintenance Technicians - Base wage is $20 per hour.

Must have basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.  Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

 

Day Shift – Maintenance Lead – Base wage is $25 per hour.

Works under the direct supervision of the SEI Maintenance Manager.   Supervises maintenance personnel.  Plans and coordinates maintenance for equipment, machinery and tools.  Assists with the coordination of maintenance and repair of all building electrical facilities and systems, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, boilers, and plumbing systems in the aluminum extrusion plant.

Must have basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.  Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. 

 

Night Shift Maintenance Electrician – Base wage is $25 per hour.

Main responsibility involves diagnosing electrical problems and repairing them, installing wiring systems and electrical components, and maintaining simple and complex equipment in Plant.  This is a technical job where use of a variety of skills acquired through certification courses and apprenticeship programs.  A candidate should possess an associate's degree in electrical engineering, industrial technology or have certification following an apprenticeship program to earn experience under a licensed electrician.
