SEI is diligently working towards ISO 9001 certification in the 2nd Quarter of 2026.

We are committed to providing our customers the highest quality Aluminum Extrusions and related services that are ON-TIME, CORRECT, & COMPLETE with a focus on preventing non-conformance through continuous improvement in our products, processes, and procedures.

Currently, SEI uses the following items for monitoring and evaluating our extrusions to ensure that they meet customer requirements.

  • In-Process dimensional checks done at each step with hand checks via calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • In-Process cut length checks on all orders
  • Keyence Vision Measuring Systems
  • In-house mechanical pull testing available on request
  • Webster and Rockwell hardness testing to verify temper on all orders
